Teej Festival Celebrated with Traditional Zeal at Diamond Public School, Kharar
Diamond Public School, Kharar, witnessed a vibrant celebration of Punjab’s rich cultural festival Teej today. The event was filled with color, music, dance, and traditions, actively participated in by students and teachers.
The campus was beautifully decorated with phulkaris, kites, and swings. Students in traditional attire performed gidda, folk songs, and poetry. Teachers also joined in wearing colorful Punjabi suits and applying mehndi.
Principal Kawaljeet Kaur appreciated the enthusiasm of all and highlighted the importance of cultural awareness among children. The event ended with sweet distribution and heartfelt message of unity, joy and cultural pride.
